*Filing requests received
early enough on Monday through Friday, holiday periods excluded,
will be forwarded that day by overnight courier to the Sacramento
office of the Secretary of State for filing. Filing confirmations
are dependent upon the Secretary of State's processing time and
the availability of your proposed LLC name.
**Please note that Sec. 17.1(d) of the California
Corporations Code states that, “A person on whose behalf a document bearing a facsimile signature is submitted for filing to the Secretary of State shall maintain the originally signed document for at least five years from the date of filing.
