California Statement of Information Filing Services
Why Wait Months? Your Corporation Statement of Information Can be Filed and Returned to Us in 3 - 5 Business Days.

Often, banks and other business and legal institutions require a certified copy of the Corporation Statement of Information. Why delay opening your bank account in the name of the new entity, or delay completing a business or legal formality when we can get your statement filed in a quick, efficient manner?

Let Attorneys Corporation Service, Inc. file your Statement of Information and obtain a plain copy or certified copy from the California Secretary of State. Our turnaround time is about 3 - 5 business days. If you mail your statement to the Secretary of State, it could take months to process.

Simply complete the Statement of Information form that can be found in the packet from the Secretary of State that contains your filed articles. Then, return it to us together with our Transmittal Form found on this website. Please let us know whether you want a plain copy or certified copy.

If you wish, you can process your proposed Articles of Incorporation together with your precompleted Statement of Information. Simply go to the Secretary of State's website and complete their blank Statement of Information form. Please indicate if you want a plain copy or certified copy. Then, send it to us along with your articles. When your articles are filed and returned to us from the Secretary of State, we will automatically insert the filing number onto your precompleted statement form, then, send it to the state for filing

Our filing fee is a low $30.00, including additional copies and the preparation of the state's transmittal form.

The Secretary of State's fee for a corporation is $25.00 for a plain copy, or $33.00 for a certified copy.

If you request a plain copy, we will mail the filed Statement of Information to you. If you order a certified copy, it will be sent to you via UPS for an additional $6.60.
