LLC Kits

Our LLC kits contain everything needed for beginning business quickly as a limited liability company: a company seal, printed membership certificates, LLC record book, stamped-gold LLC name, a sample LLC operating agreement form, IRS form, documents for recording membership and membership financial interest, and more.

Purchasing our LLC Formation Package, available customized to individual state requirements, will facilitate your way through the entire process. Select ACS’ Service Corporation NameCHEX® Name Availability and Name Reservation Services. You will need a copy of your state’s LLC Articles of Organization form and to select a name that is not in use by another. With the Articles of Organization you formally inform the state of name of the LLC, its business purpose, principal office address, the "registered agent" who will receive legal documents, and the names of the initial members. Eight different combinations offer quality and economy. All feature handcrafted leatherette LLC record binders that have the look and feel of real leather (not the vinyl, heat-sealed construction offered elsewhere.) Choose from several colors and optional gold trim.

Kit orders include our free certificate customizing software that enables automatic printing of repetitive details and prints completed first-quality certificates directly from your computer. Record binders have an easy open "thumb press" ring mechanisms and are manufactured using a manual "turned edge" process.
