Corporation Kits From American Corporation Service are offered individually and as part of an ACS Formation Package. They are available in two different styles, both of premium quality.

With the All-In-One Corporation Kit, the corporate seal and stock certificates are conveniently contained within the corporate record book. This most popular format is easy, efficient, and economical.

The Boxed Corporation Kit features a matching two-piece legal-size box, gold-stamped with your company name, all your individual kit components including seal, corporate record book, and certificates in a separate certificate cover.

Every new corporation requires specialized supplies that are required in order to document and support its organization and operation in the manner mandated by statute. The contents of ACS corporate kits are configured to the specific needs of each new corporation. Clients may choose from two different packaging styles, both featuring handcrafted leatherette record binders that have the look and feel of real leather (not the vinyl, heat-sealed construction offered elsewhere,) Choose from several colors and optional gold trim.

Specific editions for Delaware, Nevada, Texas, Florida, California, Arizona, Connecticut, New York, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey and Pennsylvania are available.
